Used a translator program so delivered my logo with the wrong word in the title. Asked for that to be corrected and one other simple change...even though it was a 24 hour delivery, the word correction and change requested took over another 24 hours...then he delivered the next one with the word wrong again. Delivers late and cant follow instruction
